How are things here? I’m Álvaro Gahete, artist and author from Paraguay. I'm making this video to join the initiative of the SGP and the Regional Justice Coalition, in which we're asking various governments and legislators to legislate the use of artificial intelligence in music production and music creation itself in order to protect our rights as artists, our image, and our voices. Finally, I believe that artificial intelligence and all new technologies are extremely powerful tools that will help us and all creators in general. However, they must be legislated in order to continue protecting our rights as artists and creators.

I believe that any misuse of our image, our voices, our tools, is wrong and causes tremendous damage to our music industry.
