    Yohan Usuga

Hi how are things? I'm Joan Suba, a Colombian producer and composer, and today's topic is artificial intelligence, which is obviously here to stay. It's a reality and music is no exception. And it brings very good things, of course, but it also brings very bad things, such as copyright being respected, copyright not being protected, and that's why we ask the legislators and congressmen of the world to find a way and a means to regulate how to use artificial intelligence correctly, especially in the music industry.

    Andres Cepeda

Hello, my name is Andrés Cepeda and I am an artist and composer from Colombia. Artificial intelligence should not use our voices and images without proper authorization. As artists, we dedicate our lives to developing a career using our creativity, voice, personality, and other resources that make up our signature, and this is threatened by the unethical development of these new technologies. I ask legislators to help us maintain our working capital.

    Alvaro Cabarcas

Hello, I'm Álvaro Abarcas Pelusa, director of Pelusa and the band Caramba! Artist, pianist, music producer and arranger. I believe that artificial intelligence should strive to protect our rights. Artificial intelligence should not use our creations for its own benefit. Artificial intelligence needs to be regulated. We support this. That's why we ask Colombian legislators to stand firm in preserving and upholding the rights of artists. Thank you so much.

    Diego Caceres

Hi, I'm Diego Caceres. I'm a Colombian musician and composer, and I've always believed that technology should help us enhance our creativity and strengthen our ideas, but not replace them. Yes, there is a very high risk that artificial intelligence will replace us in our jobs and our ideas. If it also ends up replacing them in our art, in our sensibilities, we will cease to have importance and expressiveness as humans. This is the time when we need to think about how we can legislate to protect ourselves as creators, as workers, and as human beings. If we don't do it now, the potential consequences will be increasingly greater.

    Gabriela Jiraldo (Gabby)

Hi, I'm Gabby, a Colombian singer and songwriter, and yes, I have a dream, but I also have a concern: that artificial intelligence is beginning to limit us in what we are, feel, and create. Are you worried that a machine could sing like me or write songs as if they were mine, erasing what truly comes from the soul? I sing from my story, from what hurts me and what heals me. And that's why I dream that art remains human and that what we feel cannot be replaced.
